The purpose of this consultation is to see if we are a good match for each other. This won't be a sales call disguised as a discovery call. And it won't be a full blown session. It's more of a meet and greet.
I will introduce myself, explain how I work, and ask you some questions about what you might be struggling with and where you'd like to be in the future.
This is a good time to explain what you are wanting help around and to air out any concerns and questions and hesitations you have about coaching.
